Privacy Requests
Use this page to make a request about your personal information in Riloma. You do not need to be signed in, and you do not need the app installed. We respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires it. For details on how we handle your information, please read our Privacy Policy.
Delete your account and data
The fastest way to delete your account is inside the Riloma app:
- Open Riloma and go to the Menu tab.
- Tap My Profile.
- Select Delete my Account and follow the steps shown.
If you no longer have access to the Riloma app or cannot sign in, you can request deletion of your account by emailing privacy@riloma.com with the subject “Delete my account.” Please include a short note about your request. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing it.
